Is it possible for me to set the User Profile Page: setting in the database? I am assuming none specified will be =0.

you should be able to set the values in the database as well, by running the following statements in Host > SQL :
** unfortunately, I am unable to provide the SQL Statements here, due to forums limitations.
You may post the question at http://dnnscript.codeplex.com/discussions, and I'll provide you with the answer. Sorry for this inconvenience.
You'll need to restart DNN afterwards for the changes becoming effective.

Run the following statements inside DNN, Host Menu, item SQL. You'll need to restart DNN, in order for the changes to become effective:
The statement to unset the user profile page:
UPDATE {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}PortalLocalization] SET UserTab = Null WHERE PortalID = 0;
You might need to adopt the portalID at the end of the line.

To Update "auto add alias" setting, please use:
UPDATE {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}HostSettings] SET SettingValue = N'N' WHERE SettingName = N'AutoAddPortalAlias';
