Release Notes

This script is removing all items from DNN EventLog without logging to the database transaction log - important, if you already reached the size limit of your database.
While it is quite simple up to DNN 7.3.4 by just truncating the single table in the database, this became a challenge for DNN 7.4.0 and up, as the event log is now split into three tables (don't ask me, why). The script remove temporarily foreign key constraints, truncates the tables and re-adds the constraints afterwards.

THANK YOU. I had 29k pages of logs and wasn't getting anywhere with the timeouts & such and didn't have easy access to the DB ... this removed them all in a few minutes.

Just what I needed! Worked perfectly. My logs had grown to the point where my DNN host was extorting more money out of me for added database space. Thank you, Sebastian, there's a special place in heaven for you!
